Where is my workspace stored?
The current service stores research in your cloud account. The extension provides a local workbench and cache; the online workspace uses the same account.
Does it capture all my conversations?
Collection is limited to enabled, authorized sites and matching rules. It does not automatically scan your entire chat history. Review your settings before collecting private research.
What happens to my existing account?
Sign in with the same email address on answersift.com. Your account, saved research, and subscription remain on the existing service. A new website session may require an email code.
